Use and limitations

Terms of use

Last updated 10 September 2026

Personal use

Hermes is a private assistant for its operator and the mailboxes that operator is authorized to connect. These pages explain the integration; they do not offer public registration or access to the private assistant.

Account authorization

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. Google access requires the account owner’s consent and can be revoked through Google Account connections. Google, OpenAI, Telegram and other service providers retain their own applicable terms.

Human review

Email classification and summaries are generated with AI assistance. They may omit details, misunderstand a message or fail to identify an important email. Review the original communication and attachments before making a decision. Hermes is not a guarantee that every deadline or important message will be detected.

Read-only email protection

The email feature reads and summarizes communications. It does not autonomously send replies, delete or move email, or create commitments on the owner’s behalf.

Availability and changes

Access can be interrupted by provider outages, expired or revoked authorization, or maintenance. The operator may change or discontinue the private integration. These information pages should be updated when its data practices materially change.

Privacy and contact

The privacy notice explains what information is processed, where summaries go and how access can be revoked. Contact the operator using the support email shown on the Google consent screen.
